As the Billing Coordinator, you will work as part of a close team to compile, manage and execute all aspects of billing. Performing a variety of other accounting and bookkeeping duties according to the needs of the business, you will also maintain contact with internal staff and customers to understand the implication of business decisions and changes to the billing process.

You will be responsible for reviewing and editing pre-bills in response to customer requests, and processing the billing on a monthly basis, and will also be tasked with reviewing and verifying accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.
Working closely with the clients, you will respond to billing queries and contribute to streamlining the billing process and overall operation of the department.


To succeed within this role, you will possess experience of working in a similar role/environment. Hands-on experience with the aBILLity billing platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM will further strengthen your application and it is essential that you carry experience of billing connectivity products, such as EFM and leased lines.

As you will be working in a demanding environment, you will show a logical approach to problem solving and not be afraid to challenge convention. You will be focussed on details and be diligent in your approach to work.


In return, you will receive a salary of up to £24k per annum.


This is a permanent position in which you will work full time
