DP Connect are looking to speak with a highly customer focused Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst (Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Active Directory) to join our client in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This position is open to candidates either with excellent 1st line support skills or an outstanding customer service ability combined with a genuine interest or education in the IT sector.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will work as part of our talented IT Service Desk. Our client has a professional team, offering expert 1st line remote support to a wide ranging internal customer base, via the phone, email and customer portal.
The IT Service Desk team is based in Birmingham and employs 20 analysts across two teams. The teams also have a dedicated Training Coach and are supervised by two Team Leaders who report to the IT Service Desk Manager.
