Our managed services team are based from our offices in St Ives and our data centre facilities in Huntingdon and Northampton and provides a focused range of hosted and cloud services through our extensive portfolio, specifically designed to help customers align their IT functions to their core business requirements.
The Enterprise Platform Support Analyst Opportunity:
We are now recruiting for an Enterprise Platform Support Analyst to join our busy team based from our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Working as part of a team the ideal candidate will be flexible in accommodating customer requirements and possess a drive to provide a high level of customer service as well as having good problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically step through issues and troubleshoot problems.
As a market leader in our field with extensive qualifications and support from our business partners we aim to go from strength to strength towards a brighter future to further strengthen our position as a Managed Services provider.

Enterprise Platform Support Analyst Skills and Experience:
> Previous experience in a client facing support role
> Configuring, troubleshooting and administering VMWare ESXi & vSphere 5.5
> Configuring, troubleshooting and administering Exchange 2010 and 2013 messaging systems
> Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, and Active Directory 2008/2012
> A strong understanding of HP based storage arrays
> A strong understanding of backup based products
> Excellent communications skills - oral and written, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
> Outstanding customer service skills along with a polite telephone manner
> Team player - understands the importance of teamwork and has the ability to motivate self and team
Location: Based from our Datacentre in Huntingdon although some days may be required within our St Ives office, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full Time 8.30am to 5.00pm / Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (Depending on experience & skills)
Start date: ASAP
Other: Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Must have own transport to get between sites and current driving license.
Any offer would be conditional upon the successful candidate passing a full DBS national security vetting process
