The main focus will be on the 2nd line support behind the service desk and operate primarily as software systems support. You will be dealing with customers direct so having excellent communication skills is a must and integral to the role. |
Must be able to interface between business & technical departments throughout the lifecycle of the incident or problem
Proficient in SQL
Understands the principles of system and user acceptance testing
Interpret & construct complex data models
