My client is a market leading software provider and the purpose of the role will be to manage the Process of Support Tickets for your allocated Customers, from receipt to closure. To progress tickets to closure ensuring no breach according to Customers SLA. The prime point of contact for the Customer concerning their Support Tickets.
Key Skills/Attributes Required:
