Senior Business Analyst required for my well established client based in Loughborough

They are seeking someone who has the ability to work form the office, based in Loughbrough 2 days a week, and form home or London, expenses paid, for the rest of the week

The primary role of the Business Analyst is to link the sales process and development process, to ensure that the final delivered software is in alignment with the sold product.
You will be required to communicate ideas and requirements between the sales team, clients and the development team working within the PMO, and present options to client senior management.

Key responsibilities and duties
- Develop an in-depth understanding of my clients application and the various use cases for their customers
- Support the sales team with the progression of opportunities through the pipeline, ensuring the smooth delivery of proof of concepts
- Maintain appropriate demo environments and conduct product demonstrations to customers
- Engage with key customer stakeholders to document and get sign-off on system requirements based on their business needs
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to document proof of concept success criteria and ensure this is signed-off by customers
- Support the UAT process with customers
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that proof of concept success criteria is met
- Support the creation of supplier communication emails & training
- Work collaboratively within PMO & engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into the delivered solution
- Ensure that product suggestions & change requests from customers are fed back into the product steering group
- Actively contribute to and manage the agenda of the product steering group

- Previous pre-sales experience, ideally working with complex SaaS solutions
- Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS JavaScript and APIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior management
- Excellent team player
- Ability to work within a target driven team
- Confident when giving technical presentations
- Experience of supply chain software and / or retail software delivery (ERP/PLM) preferable
