Our client who are a well-established and successful HVAC and M&E provider to the built environment are currently in the market for a Service/Account Manager to support their Scottish operation in the delivery of a number of service and maintenance contracts on a full time permanent basis.

Job purpose:

You will oversee the operational delivery and development of the business in Scotland and primarily be responsible for all aspects of company and Engineer Gas Compliance on a number of prestigious contracts throughout Scotland.

Key responsibilities:
•Professionally manage all planned and reactive HVAC operations on a number of multi-site contracts
•Assist in the estimation and creation of a number of HVAC service and maintenance contracts
•To ensure that good working relationships are maintained and strengthened with the Customer and their representatives and that all work is conducted in a manner which ensures that all the day to day aspects of the service level agreement are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements.
•Build and sustain effective relationships with clients a lead point of contact for all matters relating to service delivery and site developments
•Managing suppliers relationships and contracts
•Manage the operational staff under their control ensuring that appropriate resources are provided at all times
•Driving statutory compliance reviews on each site and Health and Safety management.

Essential requirements:
•Served a recognised apprenticeship ideally within the Commercial Gas and/or HVAC setting
•Currently hold or previously held ACS Commercial Gas certification
•A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience
•Good problem solving skills.
•Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills.
•Full UK Drivers Licence.

This role will also involve developing existing client bases, bringing in new work streams and selling the business as a whole.

This role is very client facing so strong people skills are essential. You will come up against various challenges whilst working in the role so the ability to think on your feet and provide an excellent customer service will be expected.
