Preetha Sampath is recruiting for a Change Associate to join a global animal health company at their site in Liverpool on an initial contract basis for 6 months. |
The key purpose of this role is to lead and manage projects supporting products manufactured by current and new Contract Manufacturers. The primary duty is to deliver customer value by ensuring high value strategic projects are delivered on time and in accordance with project budgets whilst ensuring that all impacted elements of business remain in compliance with external and corporate policy.
Other duties include:
-Managing a variety of projects. The projects will normally be cross functional and will require alignment across multiple sites, functions and/or sales and marketing Affiliates.
-Play a major role in the assessment and implementation of Portfolio Changes managed through the Portfolio Change Alignment Process (PCAP) system as well as acting as the point of contact between EEM-EMEA and the Printed Packaging Materials (PPM) team for the transfer of Marketing Authorisations.
-Ensure PCAP assessment & implementation status is tracked & communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
-Monitor status and completion via metrics to guarantee transparency.
-Ensure that EEM-EMEA Contract Manufacturers are correctly represented in the CM Database. Ensure that any new CMOs are added when applicable and that annual assessments of business and quality/technical risk are performed by the relevant teams.
-Plan out and manage concurrent projects requiring alignment across multiple sites and functions
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level in a relevant technical subject
• Experience of supply chain activities in a manufacturing environment
•Experience of operating to GMP/GDP standards in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to explain complicated supply issues to affiliates, Senior management, internal work centres and other applicable parts of the business.
• Experience of working in a Project Manager or Coordinator function.
• The role will involve some travel (average 4 times per year) to other sites( typically Switzerland/USA)
