Job Title: Soft Services Manager|
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for a Duty Manager to join their retail operations team based at well known site in Solihull. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the operation of security, cleaning, concierge and waste services throughout the site including overseeing management of all teams and ensuring full health and safety compliance on site. Duties will include day to day management of the companies CAFM system, managing budgets and financial performance, keeping records and managing staff holidays and absences, managing staff PPE and equipment, liaising with clients on sites to ensure a smooth delivery of service and identify any ongoing issues and all other duties as required.
This role will be working a 40 hour week on a 5 day out of 7 rotating basis.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a duty manager or facility manager covering soft services which include security, cleaning, waste and concierge on site. Experience of working in a retail FM environment is preferred but not essential.
