Bilingual Communications Manager, Latin America

Job Function:
Supports the WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff communications department with a variety of complex and effective marketing communications, media relations and internal communications campaigns. Manages the development of print and digital marketing communications material, advertising, press releases, external and internal web and social media content. Works closely with senior leadership, communication team and external agencies to implement campaigns and special projects across all business sectors. The position reports to the SVP Communications and is located in our Bogota, Colombia office.

Essential Functions:
      • Conceptualizes and manages advertising and branding campaigns
      • Writes content for advertisements, newsletters, brochures, video scripts, presentations, web content, social media and more
      • Oversees the development of media relations, media training and thought leadership program
      • Develops website, intranet, email marketing and social media campaigns
      • Organizes events and trade show logistics
      • Conducts market research and competitive analysis
      • Delivers regular metrics across all communication deliverables
      • Travel as required

Job Requirements
      • A bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or communications
      • Proficient in Spanish and English
      • Over ten years of communications and supervisory experience, preferably within the AEC industry. Portfolio required.
      • Proficient in the use of research analysis and analytical tools
      • Capable of supervising staff and tasking outside vendors and agencies
      • Familiar with digital and print production
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills, plus demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
      • Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if required
