The Service Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Service Department in the branch. Plans and ensures implementation of the short- and long-term goals for the Service Department necessary to meet the strategic goals of the branch. Effectively and efficiently manages all resources including people, tools, and equipment, as well as relationships with suppliers. Position RequirementsYour Skills and Qualifications:•5 to 7 years in a similar role in similar industry.•Journeyman H.E. Technician or similar ticket preferable.•In-depth technical expertise to handle potential issues.•Basic accounting knowledge to comprehend various reporting against budget.•Strong leadership and salesmanship skills with a drive for results.•Strong communication skills, oral and written with the ability to communicate persuasively; provides necessary information to direct reports to enable them to do their work efficiently.•Assists the Branch Manager in resolving customer complaints.•Competent in common software programs i.e. MS Office Suite; previous AS400 system experience is a definite NA join Wajax?Wajax offers an engaging, stimulating, and rewarding workplace.
