Your Responsibilities:As a key member of the Wajax team, the Regional Sales Manager - Construction is responsible for reviewing and advising on sales deals and providing assistance to Sales Representatives with pending sales. This includes analyzing various market segments to establish proper inventory levels in order to achieve market shares to and target major NA Skills and Qualifications:• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals• Leadership experience managing sales teams is an asset• Deep expertise in Construction/ Forestry Equipment sales and awareness of local markets• Bachelor degree/ College Diploma• Manage forecasts and achieve quotas• Experience in strategic account management to support account forecasting, analysis and planning efforts• Provide deep expertise in the District's market; complete understanding of trends, challenges, competition and opportunities• Monitor and plan market share and growth opportunities including potential new products and services• Maintain strong relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and Key Account Managers to support the on-going client relationship strategy, cultivating partnering relationships, and strengthening Wajax's position as a trusted advisor• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times• Proven ability to work effectively with customers and peers having the ability to develop effective and collaborative NA join Wajax?Wajax offers an engaging, stimulating, and rewarding workplace.
