Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Key duties of the Project Manager include:
Act as central contact point on site for the all project matter;
Focus on the costumer delivery and service satisfaction
Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
Manage project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.
Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design & delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance;
Act as program manager and handling several projects in parallel
Provide necessary training or experience sharing
Keep communication with Global account and share the costumer voice to every OB
Need to communicate with the local account costumer, influence and improve the costumer perception
Involve in the manage service for the BSS after build up.
Over 6 years experience in implementing Large Scale Telecom Projects in BSS domain.
Good technical back ground in BSS domain
Good presentation and communication skills in English and with all levels of customers
Ability to handle different activities in parallel on Requirements Plan, Delivery
Plan and O&M Plan
