A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Help Desk to join our team in Quantico, VA. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

Position Functions or Responsibilities: Project Description : This client develops and operates an enterprise-wide training system for its entire organization. The enterprise-wide training system is comprised of a number of commercial and custom build components integrated together to provide to meet its mission needs. The client develops the custom components, integrates the various components together, and performs the necessary operations support to manage the system on a day-to-day basis. The client requires contractor staff to augment its development and operations team and provide particular skills in order to perform specific development and operations tasks such as project management, help desk, documentation, customer support, course/training development, applications development, database development/administration, systems analysis, etc.

Role : Primary responsibility of this entry level position is to provide first level technical support for the user community by responding to support requests from a variety of mediums (help ticket system, phone, email, etc.). Support functions include, but are not limited to, providing IT support to all customers, receiving calls, trouble ticket tracking, hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting, and generating reports and metrics for management.
Ability to communicate with users via phone and email with a high degree of professionalism and customer service skills
Ability to perform limited system analysis and troubleshooting to analyze, isolate, and document problems/issues, and develop options/solutions for end users

Basic Qualifications: Requirements :
• Must have fully adjudicated/active Top Secret security clearance • Minimum of three (3) year experience performing help desk responsibilities utilizing high degree of professionalism and customer service skills • Minimum of one (1) year experience performing limited system analysis and troubleshooting to analyze, isolate, and document problems/issues, and develop options/solutions for end users
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Desired Skills :
• Bachelors degree • Help Desk certification or training
