NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc. currently seeks a Information Technology Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Must have an Active Secret Clearance or higher to be considered.

Position Functions or Responsibilities: The IT Management Analyst will be part of a PMO team responsible for all aspects of IT inventory, assessment, documentation and control. The consultant will assist in transitioning all current services to a new contract where existing information will be gathered, services will be validated and compiled under different categories for competitve bidding, awarding, and placing orders to transition the services.

The work will entail:
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings to gather input and document information.
  • Pulling inventory information from multple spreadsheets, portals, vendors, and federal organizations data.
  • Assisting in determining the type of services that are under the new services contract.
  • Placing orders for new services or terminating services, and following through the process.
  • Attending and assisting in facilitating many meetings with various federal organizations, Contracting Officers and various servicing vendors.
  • Assisting in writing Statement of Works for solicitations, Letters of Awards and non-contenders.
  • Assisting with creating PowerPoint presentation slides, as needed.
  • Assisting in ordering and managing official task orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience required:
  • Working with stakeholder to gather input and document information.
  • Familiar (not an expert) with the terminology of Telecommunications/IT services; T-1, PRIs, DIDs, telephone and analog lines, networks, LANS, WANS.
  • Good communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Extracting, organizing, and presenting data from multiple documents and information sources.
  • Tools: SharePoint (as user), MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Possession of some inventory experience/knowledge is a plus.
  • Must possess Secret clearance or higher.
  • Must have BA/BS or above or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
