Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who combine an ambitious and self-motivated personality with outstanding presentation skills, and the ability to control conversations with customers. Job duties for a Customer Service Representative include: Utilizing customer service skills to assist for the best possible outcomes Communicating with customers appropriately and with proper speed, tone, and consistency Ensuring that all actions are in compliance with company policies and laws Keeping calls on-task and ensuring efficient use of call handle time Demonstrating effective questioning/listening skills when speaking with customers Using probing questions and leveraging information obtained to ensure productive solution efforts Documenting all conversations effectively Job Requirements This person must have a dynamic personality that is appealing to our customers.
