Description Reporting to the Program Director the Program Manager will be responsible for high level managing of large and small-scale projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation. Responsibilities will include staying attuned with the details as well as be able to understand and drive towards the big picture. As the key point of contact for the Client and Account Director, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of any major account. Responsible for developing overall program management strategy Monitor day-to-day program health and ensure work is progressing as planned and within budget. Work with Account Director to manage client expectations. Manage budgets, program organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon Ability to work across several projects with one or more project manager(s) Strategically plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across all project(s) based on scope of work and account goals Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance Consistently analyze and identify needs that Clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and Operations lead. Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; evangelize the project management methodology and project processes with all team members Participate in new business presentation opportunities Lead the training/mentoring of project managers on project management methodologies and best practices as required Qualifications: Strong leadership skills Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience (preferably in an agency typesetting) Bilingual Initiative Not afraid to think outside the box Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand different project teams Deep understanding and awareness of product development and experience tying product goals to business goals Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications Good knowledge of the web environment and web based programs Assets: Knowledge of bug tracking software Knowledge of document management systems Experience dealing with the pharmaceutical US based clientele Familiar with web software developing technologies Strong technical aptitude
