Trinity Tech Inc. is looking to hire a full time Office Admin/Payroll Clerk. The candidate's core responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, calculating pay & deductions, maintaining project I.D spreadsheets & maintaining our ISO 9001:2008 internal quality program. Job Duties:Collect new employee information, update employee files & internal contact listWork with Sr. Recruiter to On board employees and provide basic training Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering dataWork with Accounts Receivable to track money outstanding, send reminder and assist with collectionAnswer & transfer all incoming phone calls/voicemail's Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing NA payroll information by answering questions and NA to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
