Job Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Ensures client needs are prepared for and met Identifies opportunities for client, retailers, and Premium Communicates direction to field management and support teams, retail teams, and reporting teams directly from client Responsible for compliance and retail sales increases of client product Identifies best practices, creative support ideas, and reporting needs Partners with sales team and executive management to meet company goals by identifying client growth opportunitiesCreates instructions, reports and analysis of data gathered to ensure all aspects of client needs are met through in-store execution and reporting avenues Proactively addresses client issues identified through issue tracking reports, merchandising information, sales reports, compliance reports, training reports, and competitive informationUtilizes QTrax internal reporting avenues to track sales trends and identify opportunities for clients Identifies training needs and reports to trainers/training teamDevelops and recommends creative ideas for increasing in-store execution productivity, retail related mind-share strategies and sales of client product/services Leads team to ensure proper staffing and in store execution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree highly preferred Three or more years in retail sales/operations Two or more years project management experience Field sales and training experience preferred Knowledgeable in CE, Wireless and other select retailer requirements Prior experience in strategic sales/training programs preferred Proficient in technology, including MS Office Suite Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking, detail-orientation, planning and organization skills, and time management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; French is a plus Must be able to work some weekends and participate in off-site events involving travel Strong leadership skills BENEFITS: A competitive salary along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, Company paid life, STD, Voluntary Life, and a generous Paid Time Off program. ****Bilingualism is a plus*****
