Our Client is a listed UK home builder specialising in place making and urban regeneration and is seeking to recruit on a permanent basis Site Customer Services Manager covering the area of East London

Being in this customer facing role their customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard and you'll make sure they are by being on hand with answers and practical help because of the things you'll be dealing with you will have construction site experience and importantly your passion for quality and professionalism.

The Role:

As a Site Customer Services Manager you will ensure any Customer complaints are fully investigated and resolved promptly and efficiently

Following Customer inspections, confirm to our Clients Co-ordinators any agreed remedial work

Provide information regarding inspections carried out including recurring defects and workmanship

Periodically monitor Subcontractors and our clients Operatives whilst remedial works are being undertaken

Advise for any materials required for remedial work with our clients Co-ordinators

Following any Customer visits advise our clients Co-ordinators of any instructions to be directed to specific Subcontractors

Keep adequate records for costing purposes where it is deemed to be a contra chargeable Job Surveyor and our clients Co-ordinators to be notified

Provide feedback of any ongoing problems with design and workmanship or any potential financial risk, maintain an organised filing system

Ensure the groups Health & Safety policy is adhered to at all times and implement Method Statements and Risk Assess ments appertaining to the remedial works

Assist the Clients Co-ordinators in gaining resolutions to customer queries

Attend NHBC Resolutions/Investigations, oversee the work carried out by our clients team and ensure it meets the expectations of the Company

Review the performance of the Subcontractors employer, Out of hours Residents meetings/Home Tours/Meet the Builder
