Complete Utilities Ltd are a rapidly expanding in the field of broadband instillation, our main client being Gigaclear. This will be an exciting opportunity for successful candidates.

Role purpose: Full time on-site supervision of assigned projects and project teams, from project commencement to completion, ensuring that priorities and deadlines for each project are met keeping client and Complete Utilities interests in mind.
Person specifications:
• Proven experience in civil works project delivery and supervision of capital projects, preferably for a Telco provider.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and forward plan.
• Familiar with all relevant industry standards including HAUC, NRSWA and requirements associated with telecommunications networks and all plant, materials, equipment and vehicles used in the project.
• Holds a Full clean Driver’s License and has experience driving project related vehicles in all road and weather conditions.
• Can interpret written English information and translate it into the task at hand, demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans.
• Literacy/numeracy skills to complete relevant job-related paperwork, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project related software.
• Ability to analyse and promote better work practices and processes; strong facilitation skills; excellent process delivery and organisation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and command respect.
• Familiarity with and demonstrated adherence to the Health and Safety practices of the Telecommunications industry and Complete Utilities.

Management of project – coordinate the day to day site construction and administration activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the site; support the Civils Teams with any technical or performance issues; build a productive and cohesive working relationship with the Clients ‘Civils Supervisor’ to complete pre-build walkouts and close out of quality defects; submit daily reports; provide daily feedback to the Construction Manager and Construction Co-ordinator for onsite production and planning; determine material and equipment requirements; undertake toolbox talks with teams; coordinate Civils Teams; manage and report daily production, safety and quality issues; perform inspections and complete checklists as required.

Safety - Identify and manage hazards and communicate them to the Civils Teams; ensure people are competent to do the work they are asked to do; report incidents and accidents; manage subcontractors as partners; ensure supply and use of appropriate tools, equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to do the job required.

Additional Tasks - Carry out any other duties that can reasonably be requested from time to
time within the skills, training and experience required for this position.

KPI accountabilities
• Safety – for site safety across Civils Teams.
• Costs – cost management and ensuring the best value construction decisions are made; manage.
• Production – rate performance of crews including reporting of variances to target and corrective actions.
• Quality – ensure build is completed to the Company, Clients and Local Authority standards; monitor and close out Defects in a timely fashion
