Position: Revit Architect|
Location: London, Farringdon

Salary: £30k - £40 per annum depending on experience
The practice are a team of 30 staff working across Architecture, Master planning and Landscape located just a short walk from Farringdon station. With all Directors coming from well established architecture practices such as AHMM, Fosters, SOM and Grimshaw they hold good design and architecture as the key ethos to the practice. The majority of their work will be London based residential and mixed use schemes but they also work in commercial and public buildings. Live projects include a 37 unit scheme in Brixton, 560 units in Whitechapel and a 680 apartments scheme in Ilford. They work with the likes of Berkeley Group, Taylor Wimpey and Redrow Homes and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to hire a Revit Architect.
You will be working from inception to completion and must have a good understating of Revit and BIM. This role will be heavily focussed on running projects from inception through to completion. Working alongside the Associate, you should expect to be involved in all aspects of design and delivery. Other responsibilities will include;
- Meeting the client and taking a full brief
- Developing the concept
- Feasibility studies
- Pitching ideas back to the client
- Producing working drawings and construction details
- Checking drawings produced by the technical team
- Progressing the project and co-ordinating onsite
