Based in our Croydon depot the Event Co-ordinator will be responsible for internal sales and contract administration for our Events and Welfare divisions. You will be dealing with new business along with supporting existing client bases throughout the UK. It is a varied position in which you will be completing relevant paperwork in relation to events, supporting event account managers, receiving incoming enquiries and developing and sustaining long term customer relationships.
Applicants should have:
* Understanding of the sales process (preparation of quotes & order/contract processing).
* Ability to develop and sustain long term customer relationships.
* Knowledge of internal IT systems (CRM, Smart Office) would be advantageous.
* Attention to detail.
* Experience working in a similar position.
