A £1bn+ turnover international main contractor that specialise in delivering Construction, engineering and fit-out projects in the UK are currently looking to expand their commercial team and take on Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Project level Quantity to work on heavy refurbishment, educational and fit out projects in the Northern and Southern home counties. Very well established, they are renowned for carrying out some of the most challenging and intricate projects in Central London, and this particular division have the capability to deliver complex New Build and Refurbishment schemes ranging from £10m-150m.|
Projects and Duties:
The client are currently recruiting for the following projects:
• A £50m pound part New Build and part fit out educational project for the University of Sussex.
• A £25m pound part New Build and part refurbishment educational project for the University of Oxford.
• A £25m pound technical fit out and heavy refurbishment scheme for a pharmaceutical blue chip client
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and experience delivering mixed use schemes in excess of £10m. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry as well as having preferably worked for a top 20 main contractor. Additionally, a well-rounded knowledge of multiple forms of contract as well as experienced sub-contractor management will be imperative.
