Design Co-ordinator - North London - International Contractor|
Our client is a major contractor operating in over 12 countries and known as a world wide brand. Their UK presence is strong and they have secured a very high volume of work for the coming years. The London region is a major player in all sectors of construction including civils, design & build and repairs and maintenance.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Design Co-ordinator to join their Construction Division working on Design & Build projects. Projects will vary from education, fit-out, healthcare, residential, commercial and mixed-use.
The successful Design Co-ordinator will have the following:
* 2 years+ industry experience in design role
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
* Ambitious regarding their career
* Able to follow procedure
* Experience with new build projects (main contracting experience as advantage)
* Previous exposure to RC frame is an advantage but not essential
