A front line Health and safety Manager role with a significant construction and support services organisation which is continually expanding. The projects will be in and around the Manchester region. |
This is a key role which will involve developing key relationships with clients and operational stakeholders.
The client will be looking for illustrations of Health and Safety maintenance & construction site experience. Exposure to aspects of scaffolding for fit out or building maintenance on housing or associated public sector projects.
Essential principle design CDM compliance and asbestos experience.
The role will also require strong Report Writing Skills.
Your CV will demonstrate that you have a committed 'can do attitude'.
Current Membership of IOSH and committed to CPD.
Tech IOSH minimum but ideally Grad IOSH or working towards.
Minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years dedicated Health and Safety experience in construction.
Full UK driving license.
Training Qualifications & practical Public Sector construction works experience will also be an advantage.
Accommodation / housing maintenance / Building services project experience is the ideal.
This is an opportunity to work with a progressive company who are still securing long term contract projects.
An autonomous and challenging role but you will be provided with strong support by the national health and safety team.
