Our client is currently looking to recruit a IT Support Manager to lead a IT support function with in a busy and expanding organisation.|
Within this role you will be responsible for the operational management of a service desk (1st Line), Desktop (2nd Line) and Server (3rd Line) Teams ensuring incidents and request are logged, managed and escalated accordingly and within the agreed SLA. In addition to this you will help manage 3rd party suppliers, develop internal relationships with stakeholders and other IT staff, develop new processes and procedures and manage major incidents.
The ideal candidate will have past experience managing a support function including being a strong leader and communicator. You will an strong service orientated work ethic with experience developing and managing operational procedures and processes. In addition to this you will be ITIL V3 Foundation Certified.
