It will be your responsibility to deliver on this industry leading support strategy, concentrating on the French-speaking customer base but helping the global customers whenever they need you. You'll provide online assistance with on-boarding, configuration and technical support to customers and partners to ensure 5 star reviews each and every time. You'll be part of a great team that has customer success at its very core and will have the opportunity to develop some pretty serious skills along the way.

You'll definitely need to be passionate about the Salesforce eco-system, staying up-to-date on industry trends and news to ensure you're current with product development and roadmaps for your customers.

It is important that you have a customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers' real business challenges, along with the ability to match the growing solution set to solve them.

• Help customers find a solution to their business challenges via the growing solution set.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Develop and execute plans to address customer satisfaction gaps
• Achieve Technical Customer Success objectives and goals
• Collaborate in developing and executing plans to address customer satisfaction gaps
• Advocate customer's priorities internally

• French to native level with business fluency in English (other languages would be a plus)
• Salesforce eco-system knowledge as a super user or admin is required.
• Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
• Expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel
• High level of business acumen.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
