They are now looking to recruit an experienced Purchasing and Operations Administrator to join their team in the Derbyshire office. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial administration skills and experience of working in a Sales and Purchasing position. • Raising sales orders on Microsoft Dynamics CRM System and following them through to completion
• Ordering and tracking of provision orders through service providers' portals
• Ordering and tracking of stock by liaising with suppliers, ensuring all jobs are running on time and advising the relevant person of any changes or problems
• Updating customer orders and customer purchase order paperwork on the CRM Database
• Receiving and allocating stock items
• Allocating Engineers to jobs
• Ensuring orders and services are provided in a timely manner for all customers, including the delivery logistics
• Preparing administration for warranty returns
• Ensuring all orders which have been completed are ready for invoicing
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers in larger projects with ad-hoc administration duties

• Experience of working in a Sales and Purchasing environment would be preferential however candidates who have experience of working in a different commercial administration role will also be considered
• Strong communication skills with the ability to type whilst holding a telephone conversation
• You must be able to effectively prioritise your workload and forward plan whilst working to deadlines
• Basic experience with Outlook, Word and Excel is adequate for the role
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
Additional Information:
• Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break
