Supreme Systems provides IT support and IT consultation services to customers throughout the UK. These include server installs, migrations, PC support, cabling, network infrastructure support and day to day troubleshooting.|
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer with a great attitude to work.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in troubleshooting Microsoft products and all associated operating systems, servers, back-up software and anti-virus packages. It would be useful for the candidate to also have knowledge of printer, router and firewall setups.
-Telephone and Remote support
-Server support on SBS 2008/2011 & Server 2008/2012 R2 Standard
-Desktop/Laptop support of Windows 7, 8, 10
-Application support of Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 2013
-Hardware Maintenance and Support
-Network hardware support and deployment including routers, switches and firewalls and a good understanding of TCP/IP protocol.
The ideal candidate would be a multi-talented team player, self-motivated and self-disciplined. You will be required to demonstrate relevant experience of IT servers, desktops and infrastructures.
You should have a good attitude to work, keen to go the extra mile for our clients plus have an analytical approach to fault finding. You should also be resourceful and mature enough to navigate heavier than normal workloads which though not frequent may happen . Excellent interpersonal skills are required and attention to detail is a must.
The successful candidate must also have a full UK driving licence.
