We are looking for a few excellent Client Service & Training specialists to join a growing team of Social Media analytical & software geeks in London.
Would you like to work on a cutting edge Social Media Analytical software platform that currently houses more than 850 Billion social media posts & helps most of the world`s top brands answer critical business decisions on a daily basis?
Do you love talking to people about Social media strategy & digital marketing software yet are really a bit of a numbers geek who loves to analyse data to produce awesome stats?!

Some of your day to day responsibilities may look like this:
- Becoming a power user of the Company`s SaaS platform and products and conduct complex analysis on Social Media stats.
- Provide technical and consultative support to the client base on a daily basis
- Train clients in their use of the platform by leading coaching sessions and presentations
- Carry out training needs analyses
- Design course materials and other documents including handouts, manuals and exercises
- Design training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
- On-board new clients & members of the team
- Drink quite a bit of coffee / tea / water / Vodka.
