My global leading client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst for an initial 2 month project to be based on site in Luxembourg. |
The tasks/activities will include:
*Translating the SAP SuccessFactors configuration (system to be put in place early 2017 in order to manage customers Performance & Development processes - replacing the currently PeopleSoft HR system) made into the clients own ICF (Internal Control Framework) business processes related to performance and build the performance business processes according to the specificities of the configuration.
*Formalizing the related business processes in IBM System Architect (tool used to formalize customer business processes).
*Updating the procedures (linked the performance processes) according to the configuration specificities.
*Identifying potential issues related to the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors while translating the configuration into business processes.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge in:
*Capabilities in translating SAP SuccessFactors configuration (especially on "Performance Management" into business processes).
*Sound knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards for business process formalization as well as experience in drafting business processes in IBM System Architect (tool used to formalize customer business processes).
*Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures.
Applicants must also must demonstrate competence in:
*Translation of IT configuration made within SAP SuccessFactors into meaningful business processes.
*Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Management Notation) standards and of business process formalization according to best practices.
List of deliverables:
*Update of the processes and related sub-processes of performance management in System Architect.
*Update of all procedures related to performance management.
*Identify a list of pending issues and/or gaps in the configuration based on transcription of the processes from the SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
Contract: 2 months initial
