We are seeking an experienced IT helpdesk / support assistant to help with enquiries, you will be able to trouble shoot technical issues and communicate instructions clearly via the telephone, resolving as many issues as possible without escalation and meeting Service Line Agreements. |
If you are able to demonstrate fact and fault finding experience in an IT help desk capacity we would like to hear from you as we require detail and good call quality to resolve user issues.
Knowledge of Windows 7 and a high level of speed and accuracy in data input is required to record all information received.
Ideally you will demonstrate ITSM best practice, hold or be working towards ITIL version 3 Foundation and SDI Analyst or equivalent qualifications.
Knowledge and Experience of Moodle would be of an advantage.
