£20k basic + 10% commission +Bonus structure+ team bonus

They are currently recruiting for a Team-leader who will be responsible for maximising the sales in their own team of sales professionals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will deal with all aspects of managing your team on a daily basis to achieve targets and performance criteria.
Delivering effective coaching to your salespeople
Convert new enquiries from various marketing campaigns
Coordinate visit plans
Hold regular reviews to discuss objectives and targets with your team
Organise monthly/quarterly incentives
Manage and develop a small base of accounts
Supervise essential key account opportunities
You will have previous experience of working within a similar sales environment and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
You should possess excellent people management and IT skills and have the ability to motivate your team to produce results
