My client a leading data analytics and marketing consultancy for multi-channel retailers is looking for a PMO
They have experienced significant growth over the past couple of years and we are expecting continued growth. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic PMO to manage a portfolio of projects within the on-boarding function. This is a challenging and critical role and will involve working closely with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
Mission of the role:
The role of the Project Management Office Analyst is to support the Project Office team including: tracking status of project deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project life cycle and deliverables; project level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular level reporting cycles.

Onboarding projects as well as wider more2 projects are well planned, communicated and delivered on time and within agreed budgets.
Internal and external stakeholders are being effectively managed, communicated with and decisions are made to ensure the success of the project and client relationship.
Our processes and operating protocols and procedures are efficient, transparent, understood and always under review to ensure they are fit for purpose and achieving their desired outcome.
Your day to day tasks:
Work with the Project Office manager to develop the IT Project Standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers, QA Team, Development Team and Production team to ensure that the standards meet best practice.
Organise workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting recommendations and presenting back.
Build up a repository of project templates to support the Project Managers.
Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project life cycle.
Providing effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects.
Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to internal stakeholders.
Co-ordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives. Managing project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project.
Core competencies:
Experience of programme co-ordination/administration
Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project life cycle, or managing substantial parts of the project life cycle.
Experience of working within a structured project management framework.
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
A recognised Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
