They now have an exciting opportunity for a Report Writer/Analyst to join them where you will develop and maintain a professional data analysis / reporting service to the College and external partners.
Providing analysis of current and trend data against a range of key performance indicators across different data sources, you will deliver useful analysis of college cohorts, investigate local and wider demographic and geographic information and provide comparisons to other organisations and internally against different groups.
Producing high quality, accurate and timely reports using a variety of software tools, including Access, SQL Server, Excel and SQL Reporting services, you will also create and maintain database queries whilst combining data from multiple sources across formats to enhance the delivery of useful information.
Candidates for this role must hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in an IT related subject. With previous experience of working with MS SQL Server and SSRS coupled with experience working with computer database systems, you will be able to extract data and present results clearly.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure you will have an aptitude for problem solving coupled with a high attention to detail.
