Support Manager sought by rapidly growing & modern software Product Company delivering a .net (C #) software solution into the Financial Services & Banking sector.
As the company continues to grow (40+ staff now), we are looking for our first dedicated support manager to come in, own the function, put in place procedures, SLA`s, a ticketing system & then grow their support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an already experienced Support Manager, or Lead / Senior Application support individual to make the support function their own, within a high tech software company that is exceptionally well funded & supported by very experience individuals.
Whilst this role is obviously somewhat technical in nature, we are not necessarily looking for a hands on coder - the support & management of support + ownership is more important.
You`ll need to display some keen logical reasoning, strong trouble shooting & problem solving skills.
- Strong technical skills and commercial experience supporting software business solutions for large, complex end-user organisations
- An solid understanding of web technologies, ideally with .NET, XML / XSLT and/or MS SQL Server experience
- An absolute commitment to ensuring that our customers` experience is as good as we can achieve
- Positive approach with a 'can do-will do` attitude and a desire to take responsibility for the entire support function.
