BRAND NEW CONTRACT - MAINTENANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED|
My UK client is one of the countries leading Facilities Management companies. They are experiencing a period of sustained growth across the UK and Europe and are one of the most desirable companies to work for in their industry right now.
Along with this they offer excellent progression opportunities and have a highly experienced Senior Management team behind them.
The Role: Maintenance Plumber - FM
* £23k -£25k + (Overtime, and other benefits)
* Van provided - personal use available
Industry Sector: Client base includes retail, blue chip commercial buildings and tenanted office spaces, and some smaller PFI contracts in local government and education.
* Planned Preventative & Reactive Maintenance - Plumbing, pipework, drainage, basic mechanical tasks, painting, decorating, joinery, etc.
* Comply with company's Health & Safety procedures.
* Co-ordination with subcontracts and managing their requirements.
* City & Guilds Qualifications in your specific trade are required.
* Locksmith experience is also advantageous
* Level 3 in Plumbing, joinery, carpentry or electrical.

Location: Mobile role covering; Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering regions.
