Have you worked within a manufacturing environment?
Established over 50 years ago this company specialise in manufacturing precision engineered parts for Aerospace, Medical and various other industries. This niche organisation pride themselves in providing components to meet and exceed customer requirements. They are looking for a quality manager to maintain their high standards and play an important role within the company.
In this role, you will be working with your team of engineer; dealing with all quality matters from non-conformance to internal and external audits. You will also direct all ISO and AS standards. Part of this role will also involve dealing with general staff matters such as appraisals, coaching, mentoring, training and assigning jobs to staff.
The ideal person will be an experienced quality engineer, from the aerospace industry looking to take the next step forward in there career.
* Managing the quality department and team.
* Ensuring work is to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
* Conducting internal and external audits.
* Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week- flexible hours.
