SAP (Success Factors) generalist required with experience across a variety of SAP (Success Factors) module implementations - LMS, Performance & Goals, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, ECC, Recruitment & OnBoarding.
Role Description The HRIS SAP (Success Factors) Lead will play an active role in supporting the business with the adoption of the new SAP Success Factors into the Company. The role will also support the implementation of further SF models along with ensuring a success implementation of the full suite of SF products into our final Business entity over the next few months.
The role will provide functional Success Factors expertise to end-users and will have the ability to diagnose and resolve of errors and issues that occur with data, setups, processes, events, interfaces etc. The Lead is also responsible for report/ dashboard creation, end-user training, and system admin.
The individual must have a functional and technical aptitude for using, manipulating and understanding HR systems. They must take an analytical approach to problem solving and be able to use their initiative to meet the business needs. They must be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and be flexible in order to meet business requirements. They will be part of a wider HRIS SAP Lead community and report into the Senior HR Functional Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management System, Performance & Goals, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding in order to be able to provide full functional support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors and problems as they relate to SuccessFactors or delivered process, interface job or module in use. Test and recommend resolutions to users.
  • Provide User Guidance, HRIS Training, System Guidance
  • System admin & maintenance of core SuccessFactors.
  • Manage SuccessFactors access/ security/ permissions
  • Drive data quality / accuracy. Conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity. Communicates data issues to the data owners for resolution.
  • Planning and delivery of key HRIS projects e.g. maintain the application in line with the annual HR Calendar (PM, GM)
  • Interpret, anticipate, assess impacts/ feasibility of end-user requirements and actively participate in the delivery of these plans
  • Requirements consolidation & impact analysis
  • Ownership of Change Requests
  • Play an active role in delivery of new SuccessFactors modules
  • Functional Specification Documentation
  • Testing: Coordinate UAT/ Test plan creation and execution
  • User Guide Creation/ Communications/ manage knowledge-base
  • Know-How of SuccessFactors releases to support the HR Systems roadmap
  • Act as liaison with IT/ 3rd party suppliers and functional users when creating and testing new functionality/ improvements to SuccessFactors modules
  • Design and production of quality HR metrics reports, dashboards,
  • Production of Ad Hoc Reports as required by the business ensuring data accuracy
  • Implementation of organization change in the HR system as required by the business
