Our client, a global company, requires an experienced administrator to assist the Gatwick Sales & Project team. This is a contract role initially for 3 months and is working part time, 21 hours, over 3 or 5 days per week.
We are looking for a proactive person, who is able to work in an environment that changes daily. The candidate will be required to assist the team from the initial enquiry through the whole project lifecycle until the project is completed.
Responsibilities include:
  • Logging and allocating customer enquiries.
  • Assisting in the production of quotes for our customers (using a standard template).
  • Contacting and chasing customers for purchase orders and feedback.
  • Collating and submitting booking documentation for creation of new projects.
  • Requesting permits to work using the company system.
  • Creating purchase orders on SAP and goods receipting.
  • Assisting with supporting documentation required for applications.
  • Creating billing notifications and issuing of invoices.
  • Assisting with creation of handover documentation and submitting this onto the company system.
The candidate will have experience of using MS Office; Outlook, Word and Excel.
