Overview: NA is focused on staffing intermediate, senior and executive positions within growing technology companies, engineering firms and manufacturing operations. We have been engaged to recruit a Software Training Manager for this successful growing company that creates complex enterprise software for their clients. They are recognized as a world leader in their industry. Responsibilities: Manage a team of 8-10 remote trainers that are subject matter experts including:Screening and interviewing prospective new team NA regular performance reviews. Salary NA NA a skills development plan for each member of the team and executing on that NA team culturePlanning, coordinating, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting and overseeing multiple concurrent customer training projects (50-100).Work with sales/marketing to cost out training component of NA with product management analyst to understand upcoming product releases for planning training program developmentOversee the development new and revising current training programs and materialOversee the customization training materials to meet the unique needs of each clientLead new training innovations in eLearning to improve efficiencies and reduce costs such as FAQs, Quick Starts, webinars, online training, NA to major go live events across North America Skill Requirements and Experience University Degree or College Diploma in computer science or business management 5 years' training management experience including:Skills assessment of each team NA training tasks/projects to team members according to their skill level and development NA with training best practices and innovations in the enterprise software application NA in major go live events across North NA training staff in troubleshooting any customer service NA working with cross functional NA with Business Workflow NA have excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, both verbal and NA experience developing enterprise software training materials and NA to travel within North America (under 10% travel).
