Kingston Barnes' client, a well known, quality house builder are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Devon. |
The client - who are a household name in the industry, are looking to expand their customer care team in the region, this is due to a number of developments coming to fruition and a number due to finish imminently.
The Customer Care Coordinator will be the first line contact for new home buyers in the Devon and Cornwall regions, this role involves taking the initial contact from a buyer regarding and defects and issues with their new property and then building a detailed brief for the Customer Care Manager and Site Manager for the relevant development, from here you will then arrange with both the Customer Care Manager and Site Manager what works need carrying out, setting a time frame for said works and then arranging for Sub-Contractors to come in and complete the works required.
Once works have been completed, aftercare will then be the main priority, making sure the customer has had work completed within the stated time frame, to a good quality standard and finish and to check if there is anything else that can be helped with.
This role requires high standards of organisation, a fantastic telephone manner as well as an empathetic personality.
This position initially will be offered on a temporary basis, if the ideal candidate is found a permanent position within the company will be opened.
