My client are a leading residential developer who are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their team based in Central London on a permanent basis. They are offering a salary up to £40,000 working Monday to Friday.

The Role

- Manage the team to hit their targets and always deliver excellent customer service
- Manage and organise a team of customer service advisors
- Organise and set targets for each advisor to aim towards
- Plan workflows to improve effectiveness
- Ensure that all customers are telephoned in line with company's policy and all calls are followed up in writing

Skills / Experience

- Excellent customer service skills experience working in a fast pace environment answering high volume of calls
- Previous management experience within a contact centre environment is essential
- Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages is desirable
- Experience of a CRM system will be desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
