Our client is looking an administrator who has experience of working within housebuilding industry. A full job spec is below.

1 Maintain the highest standards of effective communication.

1 Co-ordinate responses to Customer queries and complaints through the most effective and appropriate means.
2 Maintain contact with the Emergency Service Provider.
3 Following Customer Call/Letter to the Department:


1 Follow process for logging calls, updates/e-mails using the in-house computer system
2 Issue relevant instructions to Sub-Contractors
3 Create letters to Sub-Contractors re: Contra-charging, keep Commercial Department informed and create any necessary letters for the Department
4 Preparing Remedial lists for every client visit
5 Booking appointments for Customer Service client visits
6 Produce S.I's for products from Suppliers and Material Requisitions along with obtaining costs.


1 Be courteous, sympathetic and understanding at all times whilst.
2 Communicating with the Customer.
3 To maintains and organise the department filing systems.
4 Good communication skills both written and verbal.
5 Proven ability to deal with irate customers over the telephone.
6 Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and Coins.
7 Able to prioritise.
8 Able to work on own initiative.
9 Excellent telephone manner.
10 Ability to work as part of a team
