Responsibilities & Requirements
Reporting to the Managing Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial delivery of a number of projects running concurrently within the airport. As the Managing Surveyor will primarily be involved in managing the interface between BAA and the regional office, you will take the lead on all commercial activities and will be supported by a number of Quantity Surveyors. This makes it the perfect opportunity if you are looking to step into the Managing Surveyor role but have limited opportunity within your current employer. Whilst experience of working within an Airport environment is not essential it would be advantageous to have some knowledge of the NEC form of contract
