Success Recruit are currently working with a leading IT Support Company who is seeking an 2nd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their growing team based in South East Essex. |
My client is a long established IT re-seller focusing on infrastructure consultancy, installation, support and maintenance. They are dedicated to providing an excellent service to their customers based in Essex, London and surrounding counties. Their customers include professional firms as well as general office based businesses employing between 20 and 250 users. They believe the solutions used are the best of breed products in all areas. Accreditation's include Microsoft Gold Partner and HP Business Partner and others.
The successful 2nd line helpdesk support engineer will be joining the support team providing remote and telephone support for desktop and service issues.
Previous experience required;
• Using call logging systems,
• Supporting PCs and Servers
• Microsoft products including Windows desktop, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Office and Outlook in an Active Directory environment
The position would suit someone who is able to hit the ground running working in a telephone support environment, possesses excellent problem solving skills with an analytical mind and have an understanding of networking concepts (TCPIP Firewalls), VPN and Routers.
You must have excellent communication skills and be customer focused, as my client is very focused on providing customers with the best possible journey throughout.
9am - 5:30pm
£18k - £22k dependent on experience + benefits
