Role Objective: To plan and develop the delivery and implementation, of the software system whilst setting up initial training and ongoing user support to clients and partners across the UK.

Core Role

Plan, deliver, implementation and roll-out of the software system with both customers and partners whilst continually developing ongoing operational procedures.

Build long lasting relationships with both partners and customers alike

Work with clients to configure systems to unify with current software and populate with data as required


Plan and execute training for each client as appropriate

Develop and create both on and offline training collateral, upgrading when appropriate

Gain feedback from new users after training to continually adjust and develop training material

Develop and manage partner training solutions

Assist and develop partner user training groups

Deliver training plan to internal staff

Implementation of the Business Management System

Continuously improve the implementation mythology by defining documentation on each install

Develop implementation of the software system with both customers and partners

​Configure and facilitate the population of data and information from each client

Customers and partners support from implementation through to go-live date

Document and take responsibility for training and implementation queries and any system bugs logged via the client and partnership system

inform users of enquiry status and keep within SLAs

Data migration activities when appropriate

Arrange regular onsite meetings with key clients to ensure constant feedback of the system once implemented, reporting feedback to support ongoing development of the system.


Ensure that the software and additional deliverables and service are at the required level and stay within SLA timelines

Report on competence after the training process has been completed to ensure minimum level of understanding has been reach

Ensure all feedback from users either positive or negative are used to insure training materials and continually improved

​Ensure all H&S and QS levels are compliant with SLA's

Ensure client data is inline with legislation and that no data is disclosed to unauthorised person or organisation
