By playing a key role in developing mobile and application technology solutions for a mobile workforce of over four thousand members of staff, you can help to ensure that nurses and healthcare practitioners' time is spent providing outstanding care to patients throughout the UK through the development and support of specialised and tailored in-house tech solutions.
The role will provide not only an introduction into end-to-end development, but will also include training in new technologies and products. As well as moving to a vibrant new office location, our client is looking to expand and transform its IT team, meaning that a variety of opportunities will be available for long-term profession and career development.
-Development and testing of new financial systems
-Development and deployment of mobile applications to 4000 users
-Internal bespoke systems development for Business Intelligence
-Systems migrations from legacy to latest .NET / Web / Mobile platforms
-Candidates should be educated to degree level (BSc) in Computer Science or similar OR have at least one year of industry experience in development (Both would be advantageous);
-Knowledge of .NET tools and development systems;
-Ability to use C#;
-Experience of SQL or database development (either in an academic or professional capacity);
-UK driving licence is necessary as the location is not easily accessible via public transport.
