As an Apprentice Administrator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and communicating effectively and professionally via phone and email with both clients and candidates on a daily basis.|
You will be responsible for ensuring that the database and social media is kept up to date regularly with details of new roles available and getting the company brand out on social media.
You will also be involved with other tasks including formatting CVs and some resourcing functions as required.
There will also be other general office duties to undertake such as answering the telephone, responding to emails and general duties such as filing, photocopying and any other ad-hoc office duties as required.

Researching latest technologies
Social Media updates using Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn
Marketing using Mail chimp
Developing your LinkedIn business profile
Contacting candidates via email and phone
Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
Excellent grammar and articulate in conversing and writing emails
Excellent telephone manner
Able to gather information effectively
A "can do" attitude is a must, positive mindset and approachable manner
Able to learn new things and processes quickly
